The CapTel Process

The application process for a CapTel 800 or 800i voucher is the same as the process for the other types of phones. You can also ask for a headset or neckloop and/or a loud and flashing ringer. The voucher will cover 95 percent of the average cost of all pieces of equipment.

If you meet all the qualifications and are approved for a voucher, it will be mailed to you along with a letter instructing you to contact Weitbrecht Communications, which is our CapTel distributor to set up an order. Their contact information is printed on the letter.
